Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Analogs for Treatment of Central Precocious Puberty in Children Less than 2 Years of Age
Although GnRH analogs (GnRHas) are standard of care for the treatment of central precocious puberty, they are not approved for children under age 2 years. We reviewed experience with the use of GnRHas in 47 children under age 2, which revealed efficacy and safety comparable with that in older children.
