Khayat et al retrospectively evaluated the prevalence and clinical significance of autoantibodies in overweight and obese children with nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) compared with those with autoimmune liver disease (ALD), specifically autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) or primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC).1
