Urinoma Causing Abdominal Distension and Respiratory Distress in a Newborn

Intra-abdominal cysts in newborns are usually due to enteric duplication cyst, meconium pseudocyst or cystic lymphatic malformation (1). We report a newborn with abdominal distension and respiratory distress due to massive urinoma.
