To investigate among U.S. infants born <37 weeks gestational age a) racial and ethnic disparities in sudden unexpected infant death (SUID) and b) state variation in SUID rates and Non-Hispanic Black (NHB) – Non-Hispanic white (NHW) SUID disparity ratio.
